How to lose weight fast (diet)

What you eat takes an essential part in your weight reduction journey. Here is my graph:

1st day:

7h: Methi water or tea and 8 almonds

9am: For breakfast, 1 dish of poha

12h: to nibble, a glass of buttermilk

13h30-15h00: for lunch, 1 roti + 1 bowl of vegetables + 1 dish of dal + mixed vegetable cucumber

16h-18h: To chop, 1 container of watermelon

19h-21h: For dinner, 1 bowl ghia raita

Day 2:

7h: Methi water or tea and 4 nuts

9:00: For breakfast, 1 dish of vegetables daliya

12h: to cut, a bowl of grapes

13h30-15h00: for lunch, 1 roti + 1 bowl of vegetables + 1 dish of dal + mixed vegetable cucumber

16h-18h: To chop, 1 container of watermelon

19h-21h: For dinner, 1 bowl ghia raita

Day 3:

7 hours: green tea + 8 almonds

9am: for breakfast, 1 moong dal squeak + curd

12h: to nibble, 1 bowl of papaya

13h30-15h00: For lunch, 1 roti + green vegetables + cucumber raita

16h-18h: For chopping, 1 plate of sprouts serving mixed vegetables

7-9 PM-For dinner, 200 g paneer bhurji (including vegetables) or liquefy grilled yellow and green zucchini + mint raita

Raita

Day 4:

7 hours: ACV + water, 4 nuts + 4 almonds

9h00: For breakfast, 2 idli + chaach

12h: to cut, 2 pieces of mango

13: 30-15: 00: For lunch, boiling portion of various vegetables

16h-18h: snack, ice cream or 1 banana

19h-21h – For dinner, 1 grilled chilla / moong dal chilla + cucumber portion of various vegetables

Day 5:

7 hours: ACV + water, nuts

9am: For breakfast, 1 bowl of papaya

12h: to nibble, the portion of mixed vegetables grows

13h30-15h00: for lunch, 1 roti + veg + onion and tomato raita

16h-18h: for chopping, tea + 70% dark chocolate (small piece)

19h-21h – For dinner, omelette with 2 eggs and vegetables

Day 6:

7 hours: Methi water, nuts

9am: For breakfast, 1 kiss kiss

12h: nibble, chacha

13h30-15h00: for lunch, dal + 1 pot of rice + vegetables + plate of vegetables

16h-18h: chop, 1 container of grapes + coconut water

7-9 pm: For dinner, chicken tikka (5-6 pieces) + mixed vegetable dish or paneer tikka (120 g) + mixed vegetable portion

7 hours: Methi water

9:00: for breakfast, vegetables poha

12h: for chopping, 1 container of watermelon

13h30-15h00: for lunch, 1 roti + vegetables + curd

16h-18h: snack, tea + 1/2 peanuts katori

19:00 – 21:00: for dinner, 2 eggs bhurji or paneer bhurji (120 g)

Day 8:

7 hours: Methi water

9:00 am: for breakfast, 1 toast + 1 egg

12h: nibble, chacha

13h30-15h00: For lunch, 1 dish veg daliya

16h-18h: cut, 1 cup watermelon

19h-21h: For dinner, 1 dish ghia raita O 1 moong dal chilla

Day 9:

7:00 am: Methi water or tea and nuts

9h00: For breakfast, 1 dish of daliya

12h: to nibble, 1 bowl of papaya

13h30-15h00: for lunch, 1 stuffed vegetables with curd + curd

16h-18h: for chopping, 1 glass of tea + 1/2 cup of peanuts

19h-21h: For dinner, 1 grilled fish + 1 glass of steamed vegetables or 1 bowl of various vegetables

9am: For breakfast, 1 dish of poha

12h: to nibble, a glass of buttermilk

13h30-15h00: for lunch, 1 roti + 1 bowl of vegetables + 1 bowl of dal + portion of vegetables

16h-18h: For bites, 1 glass of grapes or 1 tea in a container and 2-3 3D shapes 70% dull chocolate

7-9 PM: For dinner, 5-6 pieces of chicken / Tikka angle + mixed vegetable portion or 1 moong dal chila + curd
